Solid breath Empty
PostSubject: Solid breath   Solid breath EmptySat Mar 29, 2008 3:36 am

Secret:

Step 1: Draw in a good size breath. Not huge, but a decent lungful.

Step 2: Close your lips tightly together.

Step 3: "Exhale" without letting any air out of either your nose or mouth. What I mean by this is you want to use your diaphragm to create a bit of air pressure inside your body and inside your mouth. During this time, your abs will probably tighten also.Don’t create TOO much Moderate amount of pressure for about 3 seconds in order to make the effect work. You won’t create more smoke if you create more pressure. You’ll only create a potential health risk to yourself. So now your body is still blowing, but your mouth and nose aren’t letting any air out! You’ll notice that pressure starts to build up very quickly in your mouth and maybe also in the back of your throat and lungs. If your face gets red or if you see stars or if you feel light-headed, then you’ve built up WAY too much pressure for too long. Ease off the caffeine a little bit and take a break. You don’t need that much pressure to make this trick work. Besides, if you show too much effort, you’ll ruin the illusion. For the rest of us, let’s move on to step 4…

Step 4: Stop all pressure. Don’t breathe in or out. In other words, hold your breath. If you’ve done everything right up until this point, the smoke should be inside your mouth. Any breathing at all will ruin it.

Step 5: Open your mouth. (CAREFULLY)

Step 6: In a VERY soft whisper (so soft that no one can hear it) whisper a single, quick "Ah". Do NOT blow the smoke out. Don’t push the smoke out with your tongue. Simply whisper, "Ah".
That’s it! Pretty cool, isn’t it?
