Here is a self working card trick that I like. It may be old but I still get good reactions with it believe me. Just put some kind of story on it. Normally I say: " It's the story of 4 men that went to a bar with their girlfriend but then apears a drunk guy and they start fighting. So police came and take everyone to the police station, but they need to be mixed so that they will not be in the same cell when they arrive (and I let the spectators cut the deck)." And then some magic moves and voila! To do the trick just do like in the video, simple as that! Just don't let the spectator try it by himself because it will work with them too!

I think self working tricks are tricks that are easy, and maybe don't require lots of skill..... Because it works all by itself, I think those mathematical tricks would be good for this section....
